Education, knowledge, and training are an integral part of the Christian life, and at the forefront of FLC’s ministry activities.

Reversing the effects of poverty, superstition, and exploitation begins with education. Essential to FLC’s whole-person approach, we provide biblical training, cross-cultural learning, and need-specific education.

Space to Learn

The Kalnin Center provides a home base for our staff offices and a teaching facility. Our Barefoot Doctors reside and study here during their medical training. Also, we provide special seminars to church leaders, and rent the facility to other groups for their training events. More

Medical Skills

We train professionals and community leaders from Burma’s ethnic minority people groups with essential medical skills. These Barefoot Doctors become the medical providers in their areas, and in-turn train others locally to multiply the same lifesaving health care. More
